Why don't my Apple Pay / Google Pay orders count?
Apply your ambassador code in the shopping cart during standard checkout. Codes cannot be added through the one-tap Apple Pay or Google Pay button on a product page, so orders placed via those express payment methods won't be attributed to your code and won't earn commission.
How do my earnings work?
When an order is placed using your code, your commission is calculated but initially appears as "estimated." Earnings are held for 45 days after the order is delivered to account for returns and refunds. After that holdback period expires, your commission becomes eligible for payout.
What is a Drop and how does Drop Boost work?
A Drop is a limited-time product release. During a Drop, RYVT may issue special audience codes to amplify promotion and sales. Your personal ambassador code remains at your standard tier rate. Only the audience codes issued by RYVT may receive a Drop Boost (an enhanced commission rate or bonus); your personal code does not.
When are payouts processed?
We process payouts to your PayPal account once per month, but only when your earned, eligible commission reaches a minimum of $25. If your commission is below $25 in a given month, it rolls over and continues to accrue toward the next payout. Once you hit the $25 threshold, your payment will be sent to your registered PayPal email.
