Size Guide

Last updated: May 2026

Find your perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

How to Measure

For the most accurate results, take your measurements while wearing lightweight clothing or undergarments. Use a flexible measuring tape and keep it snug but not tight.

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms.
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your torso.
  • Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape level.
  • Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg along the inner seam.
  • Length (tops): Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.

  • Athletic and compression fits run slightly tighter than standard sizing.
  • Measure yourself with a flexible tape measure for the most accurate results.
  • Compare your measurements to the chart rather than relying on your usual size from other brands.
