Overview
This Ambassador Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your participation in the RYVT Ambassador Program (the "Program") operated by RYVT ("RYVT," "we," "our," or "us"). By applying to and participating in the Program you agree to these terms. This is the agreement identified as version 2026-06-28; the version you accept at application is recorded with your account.
Eligibility
You must have a verified RYVT account, be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, and be a U.S. person (a U.S. citizen or lawful resident able to receive payments and tax documents in the United States). Approval is at RYVT's sole discretion. We may decline, pause, or end any application or membership at any time.
Your Discount Codes
On approval we issue you one or more unique discount codes to share with your audience. The codes remain RYVT property, are licensed to you for personal, good-faith promotional use only, and may be modified, deactivated, or reissued by RYVT at any time. Codes may not be posted to coupon-aggregator or deal sites, resold, or combined with other offers except as the code itself allows.
Compensation
Any commission, reward, tier benefit, or other compensation associated with the Program is offered at RYVT's sole discretion. Rates, tiers, qualifying criteria, and benefit structures are not guaranteed, may differ between ambassadors, and may be changed, reduced, or discontinued by RYVT at any time with or without notice. Participation in the Program does not entitle you to any minimum or continued payment. Nothing in this Agreement is a promise of earnings.
Commission is calculated as a percentage of the contribution-margin profit on orders attributed to your ambassador code. Our current tier structure is: Rep at 10%, Ambassador at 15%, and Elite at 20%. Commission is floored at zero dollars per order (you will not owe RYVT money on any sale). Commission rates, tiers, and tier criteria may be updated at any time.
Payouts, Holdbacks & Clawbacks
- Holdback period: All commission earnings remain on hold for 45 days after the order is delivered. After this holdback period expires, earnings become eligible for payout.
- Minimum payout: We process payouts to your PayPal account on a monthly basis, but only when your earned and eligible commission reaches a minimum of $25. Earnings below this threshold roll over to the following month and continue to accrue.
- Clawbacks: Compensation tied to an order that is later refunded, returned, canceled, charged back, or determined to be self-referred or fraudulent will be reversed proportionally. Reversed amounts are deducted from current or future payouts, or invoiced back to you if already paid.
FTC Disclosure Duties
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to RYVT in every post, story, video, stream, or other content that promotes RYVT or uses your code — in the content itself, not buried in a bio or behind a "more" link. Use plain language such as "#ad" or "#RYVTpartner." For video content, the disclosure must be both spoken and visible on-screen. You must follow the FTC Endorsement Guides and all applicable advertising laws, make only truthful claims about RYVT products, and never misrepresent your experience. Failure to disclose is grounds for immediate termination.
You agree not to incentivize reviews or testimonials, and not to offer compensation or benefits in exchange for a positive or particular review or rating. Your personal discount code may not be boosted or enhanced during a product Drop or promotion (only the audience codes provided by RYVT may be boosted).
Code of Conduct & Misuse
You agree not to use your codes for self-referral, to spam, to make false or disparaging statements, to engage in fraud or manipulation of orders, or to bring RYVT into disrepute. Misuse of a code, fraudulent activity, or breach of this section results in immediate termination from the Program, deactivation of your codes, and forfeiture of any unpaid compensation, in addition to any clawback rights described above.
Independent Contractor & Taxes
You participate as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of RYVT, and you have no authority to bind RYVT. You are solely responsible for all taxes on any compensation you receive and for providing accurate taxpayer information (e.g., a W-9) when requested. RYVT may issue tax forms such as a 1099 where required by law. You receive no employee benefits.
Content & Intellectual Property
The RYVT name, logos, and brand assets remain RYVT property; you may use them only as the Program permits and must stop on request. You grant RYVT a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, and display the content you create promoting RYVT (including your handle and likeness in that content) across RYVT marketing channels. You confirm you own or have the rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
Program Structure
The Program is single-level. Compensation is based only on qualifying sales you personally drive. There is no recruiting: you do not earn anything by enrolling, referring, or sitting "above" other ambassadors, and there are no downlines, override commissions, or multi-tier earnings of any kind. This is not a multi-level marketing or business-opportunity program.
Modification & Termination
RYVT may modify this Agreement or any aspect of the Program — including codes, tiers, and compensation — at any time, and may suspend or terminate the Program or your membership at will, with or without cause or notice. You may withdraw at any time. On termination your codes are deactivated. Sections covering disclosure, IP license, clawbacks, taxes, and liability survive termination. Your continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
